Serve:   Refreshing to drink on a hot day. 1heaped teaspoon per 200 ml. Brewing temperature should be below boiling point, around 80ºC.  Use of boiling Brew 3-4 minutes. Add brown sugar for extra sweetness, if desired. Include a sprig of mint for an authentic Moroccan feel Tip:   Fantastic iced
