When you place an order through www.teabirdtea.com subsidiary of Balcony Bloomer SDN BHD, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as stated below.
Our Tea Bird online shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders can be placed through our website, via whatsapp or via email. We ship Balcony Bloomer Grow Bags and Tea Bird Organic Tea internationally standard postage charges apply.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you live in KL, your order is in stock and place your order in the morning we will deliver your order the same day via bike.
If you live outside of KL we will send via POS domestic which takes 3-5 days and if you require special shipping please lets us know and we will assist you.
If you are an overseas customer we will despatch the same day your order is placed and update you with a tracking number and receipt.
No claims can be accepted later than 2 weeks after product purchase. If your tea packs are damaged and you are unhappy with your delivery Balcony Bloomer SDN BHD will replace order immediately no questions asked. With larger orders we will need a photo of the damage or issue to assist the refund/ replacement.
PRICES All prices on our website are available in Malaysian Ringett (MYR), British Pound Sterling ( £) and USA ($$) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are shown for single items, and discounted prices are available for multiples of the same item (If you are purchasing over 20 packs please contact us for wholesale rates). All prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT All payments are processed through our shopping cart protected by secure SSL. Payment is accepted through bank deposit and PayPal. PayPal accepts credit card payments without a Paypal account also. When purchasing larger orders via wholesale rates you can make direct payments. Our bank details are as follows: Bank: CIMB Bank Account Name: Balcony Bloomer SDN BHD ACC No: 8007866994 SWIFT: CIBBMYKL For bank deposits, please use your name (as it appears on your order) or invoice number as a reference to help us identify your payment in addition please email proof of payment to email@example.com. From the time of ordering, payment is expected within 7 days. Once payment is received your order will be packed and shipped. Any quotes given are valid for 14 days.
S T O C K I S T S A N D B E S P O K E C U S T O M E R S Stockist payments are required on receipt of invoice and goods unless otherwise agreed on account opening with business owner only.
Corporate & Wedding orders over MYR15,000 require 30% non-refundable deposit prior to any production or prior to bespoke print job and remainder of payment on delivery of products.
Corporate & Wedding orders under MYR15,000 require payment in full prior to any production remainder of payment on delivery.
Late fees apply - Balcony Bloomer will kindly offer a 7 day grace period to make your immediate payment following receipt of invoice. Following this a MYR25 per day fee will be added to your account with no exceptions.
PACKAGING All our Teas are packaged with the greatest care to ensure our Tea Bird Tea products reach you in the best possible condition. If our packaging fails to protect our products please let us know and we will replace them immediately with the aid of a photo of any damage caused.
DELIVERY Delivery prices vary depending on weight of the order, the size and your location. The easiest way for a quote is to add the tea to your cart, or check our postage prices page. All orders are despatched on receipt of payment. We will contact you if there are any out of stocks.
CHANGES CANCELLATIONS We must be notified of any changes or cancellations to your order within 24hrs of placing the order. We want to offer a fast and reliable service so if you need to cancel let us know as we may have already posted it so we cannot make a refund until your order is returned to us in the same condition we sent it to you!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS Don’t sweat it – we are happy to offer refunds within 10 days of purchase on unopened, undamaged products no questions asked. If there is any other valid reason you would like to request a refund please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us why you would like a refund with any supporting photos you would like to add and we will see what we can do on a case by case basis.
ERRORS & AVAILABILITY Listen we try not to make mistakes but sometimes it just happens. If you drop us a quick note letting us know what we have done wrong we will get on it and see if we can fix it for you. If we can’t fix it we will provide a refund straight away. In our tearoom the customer is always right.
IMAGES & COPYRIGHT Tea Bird Tea take great pride in their sense of style and creative abilities to show you how beautiful our product is. We own the images, in some cases we made them, in some cases we purchased them and we can let you use them if you ask nicely and credit www.teabirdtea.com.
