Caffeine Level:  Free so you can sleep well!

Serve Hot:   1 teabag per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water for at least 5 mins
Serve Chilled:  Use 4 teabags and place in a large jug with a small amount of boiling water. Steep 10 mins. Add 1 litre cold water. Strain to serve. Options: add ice, honey, fruit pieces, mint.

Best Results: Store in fridge to keep even fresh, drink within 6 months.
