Sustainability and the environment have been at the heart of Tea Bird Tea since we launched 9 years ago. We have always sought to incorporate our organic ingredients, bio-degradable cornstarch teabags with no strings, staples or tags together with our popular jungle scenes inspired by Malaysia to create an immersive premium quality product for our customers. Our goals have always focused on minimising the use of plastic throughout production, encouraging our customers to refill our tins to be more sustainable and supporting local communities throughout our supply chain. We have never produced single teabag sachets and have committed to promoting refill use where possible. 

We are immensely proud to be working with The Datai Langkawi in support of our mutual sustainability goals and continue our environmental focus at Tea Bird Tea. By offering reusable tea tins in-room which can be refilled by housekeeping staff, The Datai Langkawi leads by example, instilling true regenerative values throughout the property.
